Which DropAir adapter fits
DropAir's documentation lists ecobee for the Mini 6, Mini 6S, Pro 6S and Pro 6X.
Why it needs an adapter
The Enhanced expects a 24VAC supply on standard thermostat terminals. A DropAir adapter provides that and talks to your indoor unit over its own control connection, whether it's a VRF cassette, a ducted unit or a fan coil.
Enhanced or Premium?
Both have the larger touchscreen and radar occupancy sensing. The Premium adds a SmartSensor in the box, an indoor air quality monitor and a built-in smart speaker. If you'll use voice through a separate speaker anyway, the Enhanced covers the essentials.
