Installation questions
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on access. A unit with an open ceiling hatch and a short cable run is quick. Closed ceilings or moving the thermostat to a better wall take longer. Your quote lists anything unusual.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to give access to each indoor unit and be there for the app setup at the end.
What if my AC isn't compatible?
We confirm compatibility from your model numbers and photos before booking a visit, so a visit only happens when the adapter fits.
Can my own technician install it?
Yes. Supply orders include the wiring diagram for your AC model, and we support your technician on WhatsApp.
