How to check your model

  1. Find the rating labelUsually inside the front panel or on the side of the indoor unit, or on the fan coil above the ceiling hatch.
  2. Photograph your controllerThe wired remote on the wall, and the wires behind it if you can see them safely.
  3. Send both on WhatsAppWe check the model and wiring against the adapter's supported connections and reply with the model that fits.

Compatibility questions

Why isn't the brand enough?

Two units from the same brand can use different control ports. The manufacturer is clear that a matching brand or a similar-looking unit doesn't establish compatibility. The model number and wiring do.

My brand isn't listed. Can it still work?

Possibly, if the indoor unit has a supported connector or accepts infrared commands. Send us the model and we'll check.

Which thermostats are supported?

Google Nest, ecobee and Honeywell Lyric are supported across the range, plus Control4, Crestron, Lutron and others on specific models. See the thermostats page.
