Who we are

This website is operated by DropAir Labs International. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

This website has no account system and no contact forms that store data on our servers. When you click a WhatsApp button, the message is prepared in your browser and sent through WhatsApp only if you choose to send it. We receive what you send us there, typically your name, phone number, AC details, photos and city.

How we use it

We use the details you send to check compatibility, prepare quotes, arrange delivery or installation, and support you afterwards. We don't sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how many visitors contact us on WhatsApp. It sets first-party cookies and records usage data such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. Advertising features are switched off.

Visitors in the UK are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set, and you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing [email protected].
