Terms of use

The website

Information on this website is provided in good faith. Product specifications come from the manufacturer's published documentation and may change. Compatibility is confirmed for your equipment in your quote, not by this website alone.

Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote. Prices, delivery, installation scope and warranty are as stated in the accepted quote.

Installation

DropAir adapters should be installed by a qualified HVAC technician following the manufacturer's wiring diagram. Where we install, we test every mode before handover. Where you use your own installer, they're responsible for the installation work.

Trademarks

DropAir is a brand of DropAir Labs. Nest, ecobee, Honeywell and the AC brands named on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
