Which DropAir adapter fits
DropAir's documentation lists Control4 for the Mini 6, selected Control4 models for the Pro 6S, and Control4 as a platform for the Pro 6X.
How it fits a Control4 home
The thermostat joins the Control4 Zigbee mesh, so your Control4 dealer adds it to the project like any other device. Temperature and modes then show up in the Control4 app and on touch screens alongside lighting and shades.
Where DropAir comes in
Control4 thermostats expect 24V HVAC wiring. A VRF or split indoor unit doesn't provide it. The DropAir adapter sits at the indoor unit and gives the thermostat standard terminals. For larger projects, the Pro 6X can connect a whole VRF system to Control4 as a platform.
For integrators
Send us the AC system, number of indoor units and the Control4 controller in the project. We confirm the adapter per unit and quote supply, or supply and installation in the GCC.
