Mitsubishi Electric smart thermostat adapter: which DropAir fits your system
Mitsubishi Electric splits expose a CN105 port on the indoor unit's control board, the same port its own Wi-Fi interfaces plug into. City Multi VRF systems use M-NET, a two-wire communication bus. Both appear on DropAir's supported connection list.

How DropAir connects to Mitsubishi Electric
On most residential indoor units, the adapter connects to the CN105 port on the main control board. On City Multi VRF projects, M-NET is the network that ties indoor units, outdoor units and central controllers together, and the Pro 6X is the usual choice there.
What to send us
The indoor unit model from the rating label (for example MSZ, SEZ, PEAD or PLFY followed by a capacity), whether you have MELCloud or kumo cloud Wi-Fi fitted, and a photo of the current controller.
Mitsubishi Electric questions
Can I use Nest with a Mitsubishi Electric split?
Yes, through a DropAir adapter connected to the indoor unit. We confirm the model first.
What if a Mitsubishi Wi-Fi interface is already on CN105?
Tell us. The adapter and the Wi-Fi interface may need the same port, so we'll advise on the setup.
Does it work with City Multi?
M-NET is on the supported connection list. City Multi is usually a project, so we quote it per site.
